Brisbane mum Courtney, 29, and her husband Adam, 35, are parents to two-year-old Charles and expecting a second bundle of joy in April 2023.
The expecting mum said she found out about Bundle of Joy via Facebook and knew the offer was a great saver for their family.
“I’m most excited about the card’s savings and perks,” Courtney said.
The new Bundle of Joy card offers unique benefits and value for money to women giving birth at Mater Mothers’ Private Brisbane by bundling together Mater services and other additional costs that parents can expect to pay.
Parents who purchase the card can save hundreds of dollars off a range of costs, including routine ultrasounds, routine blood tests, hospital car parking and meals for dad.
Kathleen Goldsmith, Mater Mothers’ Assistant Director of Clinical Services, said Bundle of Joy had been designed with Mater families in mind.
“Every little bit helps when you are having a baby – and the savings we have bundled together for Mater parents add up to a lot,” Kathleen said.
By purchasing the $490 Bundle of Joy card, cardholders unlock access to:
-
Routine blood tests
-
Two routine ultrasounds
-
Hospital car parking for four consecutive days after the birth of baby
-
Partner meals for up to four days after the birth of baby
-
Cardholders also enjoy access to discounts on services such as parenting classes, breast pump hire, allied health services and special offers from Mater’s community partners.
To make the most of the card’s benefits, Mater recommends women purchase the Bundle of Joy card prior to their first routine ultrasound (at approximately 11 weeks into the pregnancy).
